I hope you have completed welcome to servicenow course and micro certification. Also you completed Servcienow admin fundamentals. If yes, then you can check and enrol in this journey on Servicenow University : Business Process Analyst Career Journey

 

There are three levels:

  • Associate,
  • Practitioner,
  • Professional.

You can also follow Learn&Grow Youtube channel from Atul grover to learn about BA role and training.
