Anyone else having issues with PDI being offline and under maintenance since December 2025?

Mine is like this for 31 days already:

Hi @Luiz Lucena

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

This issue is being faced by multiple users, including some of my colleagues. There is no predefined or official support available for PDIs.

A few weeks ago, my PDI also went into unscheduled maintenance, but it became available again after some time.

Your PDI has already crossed 31 days, so I would recommend requesting a new instance. Also, always make sure to take backups of your work regularly.

As a best practice, try to keep your PDI active and avoid letting it go into hibernation or offline mode, as that increases the chances of such issues.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Hi @Luiz Lucena,

that happened to me as well, my PDI was under the maintenance for 9 days so I just tried to access it with /login.do and it let me access it. Try it yourself as well!

Navigate and access your PDI from:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/login.do

The credentials are in the initial email received when requested that PDI or here:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance

If you are lucky, the /login.do option shall let you in and that gives you chance to backup all your stuff (data and configurations, xmls, update sets, eventually check the github backup it's quite easy to do). And once you have everything backed up and you have nothing to lose, then release it and request a new one...

Please, let me know if you could access it with /login.do or not, I want to know if it is accessible always or I was just lucky for once...
