PDI offline (under maintenance) since December 2025

Anyone else having issues with PDI being offline and under maintenance since December 2025?
Mine is like this for 31 days already:

Is not browser related, 500 error is on server side.
Already requested a new instance, the new one is working fine.

Yes, i had the same problem. I just went ahead and log out and requested extension and tried after a day and it was working fine. I believe it was a global maintenance.

Hi @Luiz Lucena,
I had faced this issue a while ago as well but as I had checked with several people the suggestion was to either to wait for the instance to load on its own or terminate and request for a new one ,although you will lose any configurations on your PDI.
