Hello,
I am preparing for the CSA Exam. I recently completed the fundamentals course and the associate system admin learning path. I took the exam the initial time immediately after I completed the fundamentals course. I aced the sections covered in the fundamentals course, but did not do so good on the CMDB migration and automation portions. I am currently continuing the journey to complete the learning path of Professional System Admin. I'm guessing the Flow Designer, Automation, Analytics etc will cover the rest????
Also, I have 7 years of experience being a system administrator (front end) using Convergence LMS, and have user/management experience in various other programs/apps, and I have a bachelor's degree in business management. Once I get this certification, it should pair good with my experience to boost my eligibility for a career with servicenow on the admin side. right???
I'm sincerely hoping to boost my eligibility for well-paying, remote work long term. Any helpful info is greatly appreciated. I say remote work, because Alabama leading the trend on tech jobs.

Hi @madisonn2,
it's always good to have the CSA certification as it's often a prerequisite for most roles in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The exam questions typically reflect the content covered in the required courses "Welcome to ServiceNow" and "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals."
I recommend reviewing the exam blueprint, particularly the exam scope, to understand the topics and the weighting of each topic.
Best of luck with the exam!
Best regards,
Rene

Hi @madisonn2
CSA is the first and basic exam in journey. Tips
- Please go through training line by lien and word by word at least 2-3 times.
- Do all labs 3-4 times, not only do lab, read the instructions how to do lab.
- Follow the ebook, at least 2-3 times.
- You can check some Udmey course ( as heard from others it is good to practice)
