Hi! Can I link more than 1 Project Task to the Same Change Request? We submit a Change Request for the Logical portion, but want to be able to track Change Requests that involve our Physical portion. If I open a Project Task assigned to the Physical team there is an option to link a Change Request - but does that "unlink" that request from the Logical Project Task?

Yes, it is possible to link more than one Project Task to the same Change Request in ServiceNow. You can do this by following these steps:
Open the Change Request form for the Logical portion that you want to link to the Project Task(s).
Scroll down to the Related Links section at the bottom of the form and click on the "Link to Task" related link.
In the "Link to Task" dialog box, select the Project Task(s) that you want to link to the Change Request.
Click the "Link" button to save the changes.
Now, the Project Task(s) will be linked to the Change Request and you can track them together.
Note that linking a Change Request to a Project Task does not unlink it from any other Project Tasks. So, if you link a Change Request to a Project Task assigned to the Physical team, it will not unlink it from the Logical Project Task. Both Project Tasks will remain linked to the Change Request.
