Provider Notifications when someone is mentioned in a comment

Hi everyone,

 

     I hope you are doing well. Currently, I am looking for some help in this topic about how to configure provider notifications (the bell icon) to notify when someone is mentioned @ in work notes, for example, in the work notes of a project. 

    What I did was a new Notification (Provider > Notification), and then i follow up the table that catches the comments and mentions in work notes. So then, to apply "who to send". It works, but when I click the notification it takes me to the record in that table, so I think I should include an Action in this notification to redirect the person who recieves the notification to the "Demand record" for example?

Hi @RamVal 

I'm thinking it might need an event to trigger it rather than a table insert / update, then we can have the notification on the table of the record we want to click through to.
Just trying to put something together. I'll let you know how I get on.
