Providing access to an Integration User

Hello everyone,

 

We've granted access to the Case table for an integration user, limiting their permissions with the following roles: snc_external, sn_customerservice.customer, sn_customerservice.customer_admin, sn_customerservice.customer_case_manager, and sn_customerservice_agent.

 

Despite this, the user can create cases via the Rest API but encounters issues filling out the description and assignment group fields. After testing, it seems that the ACLs are blocking access to these fields. To address this, we've created a custom role for the user and implemented two ACLs specifically for the description and assignment group fields.

 

However, the user still can't access these fields. We would appreciate any suggestions on best practices to resolve this issue effectively.
