Refresh ticket in Overview dashboard SOW

FotinaG
Tera Contributor

Hello everyone,

I have noticed that after update state of tickets, when I go to Overview dashboard in SOW to Unassigned tickets of my groups, some tickets are missing, is there any time for synchronisation this info? O refreshed few times, but some tickets are missing, i can see in list view incident unassigned on hold, but in dahshboard it is missing.

Did someone had such behavior before?

Thank you in advance!!!

Fotina

@FotinaG

each data visualization on your Dashboard must be having some refresh interval

Open the required dashboard from Platform Analytics and see that for each data visualization

Hi @FotinaG

You need to set it in a dashboard widget; it’s a new way to visualiztion data.
