Hello guys,

I want to understand the process for Change and Release Management Process. What is the role of change manager.. ?

How is the work related to change manager ,release process for a ServiceNow QA. Transition from a ServiceNow QA to CHANGE MANAGER, how will be the work?

To gain a better understanding of the Change and Release process in ServiceNow, it's recommended to use the Now Create workshop decks. Simply visit learning.service-now\.com/nowcreate.

Once there, go to the "Assets" section and search for the "Change Management Process Workshop."
