Report and Dashboard

Hi Community,

I’m currently working on the ServiceNow Yokohama version and would like to understand the steps to create reports and dashboards in this version. Are there any changes or new features introduced in Yokohama related to reporting or dashboards compared to previous versions?

I would appreciate any guidance, documentation links, or best practices you can share.

Yes, the legacy reporting module has been merged and enhanced with Platform Analytics under data visualization. You can now use that for reports and dashboards.

Hi @HarshadM4905010 ,

If you utilize a fresh PDI on Yokahama relelease, then you should utilize platform analytics instead of the old report building option. You can read more about this in the product documentation.
