Hi All,

Please let me know, if anyone can help me in defining custom colors for the dashboard in servicenow based on the value (Eg Success  - Green, Failure - Red)

For custom colors on dashboards tied to specific values, check out conditional coloring in Performance Analytics widgets or thresholds in indicators. The linked posts in the replies have good examples for charts and backgrounds. Might need to tweak widget styles or use breakdowns for full control.
