Resize a Widget in Employee Center

Hello,

How would I go about resizing the widget on the right so that the dimensions match that of the widget on the left? 

It is using the 'Quick Links' OOTB widget and ideally, I would like to put the two quick links side by side instead of ontop of each other.

I have managed to get it looking like this (but still not quite the same as the widget on the left):

Hello @MichaelCreatura ,

for this u need to decrease width and padding both. Do inspect in ur chrome browser and try there only after paste ur CSS code in the widget.
