How do I make the sn_request_write role available in a production environment? We need to provide users access to the CAB Workbench without providing them the full itil role. Does this require additional licensing?
We do have the "Change Management" application installed as well as it's child applications, e.g., "Change Management - CAB Workbench", "Change Management - Core", "Change Management - ATF Tests", "Change Management - Change Models", "Change Management - Change Success Store", etc.

Hi @Joseph Warner ,
Please find the documentation for activating the role sn_request_write: ITSM product-specific read roles sn_incident_read, sn_problem_read, sn_change_read, sn_request_read ...
According to your requirement for non ITIL role, I would assume that the role "sn_change_read" would do it which is part of the ITIL.

Thanks for the response, @AndersBGS.
Our instances do have the Business Stakeholder plugin installed. I searched for an "ITSM Roles" plugin but could not find it. When I check the business_stakeholder role in our instances, it does not contains the roles described in the article, only the pa_viewer, cmdb_read, and approver_user roles. I tested business_stakeholder role in our instances and it does not provide access to the CAB Workbench.

Hi @GloriousColumns ,
When I look at the business_stakeholder in my PDI, it looks like below with 19 roles (I have not altered this role)
Furthermore, I just tested on my PDI, by adding the sn_change_read access to a user without any other roles.
This provided access to the following change modules:

Hi @AndersBGS ,
Apparently, I don't have sufficient privileges for installation of "ITSM Roles" in a production environment. I have asked a manager with elevated privileges to request installation of "ITSM Roles" within our development environment. I will get back to you after this installation is complete.
