How do I make the sn_request_write role available in a production environment? We need to provide users access to the CAB Workbench without providing them the full itil role. Does this require additional licensing?
We do have the "Change Management" application installed as well as it's child applications, e.g., "Change Management - CAB Workbench", "Change Management - Core", "Change Management - ATF Tests", "Change Management - Change Models", "Change Management - Change Success Store", etc.

Hi @Joseph Warner ,
Please find the documentation for activating the role sn_request_write: ITSM product-specific read roles sn_incident_read, sn_problem_read, sn_change_read, sn_request_read ...
According to your requirement for non ITIL role, I would assume that the role "sn_change_read" would do it which is part of the ITIL.

Hi @AndersBGS
I was able to have a manager with sufficient privileges install the "ITSM Roles" plugin and this did indeed provide the sn_change_read and sn_change_write roles. Thank you!

Installing the "ITSM Roles" plugin will provide this role, although only sn_change_read should be necessary to use the CAB Workbench.
"ITSM Roles" plugin will also install the sn_change_read, sn_change_write, sn_request_read, sn_request_write role plus a number of other roles.
