Hi,
Looking to see if there is anyway in sharing a scheduled report with other communication channels like TEAMs instead of just email. Anything setting within tool or even possible with flow designer ?

The format of the email that Teams gives you is
Name of channel <email>
You need to only enter the email part between the <> brackets as that should be a valid email address

Hi,
You can look at using flow designer with the Teams Spoke, where you then trigger the flow based on the scheduled report creation/id.
But something else to consider is that all Teams channels (not chats) have an email address. You can get this by clicking the three dots while in the channel and select "Get email address". You can simply add the channel email address to the scheduled report's "Email addresses (Separated by comma's)" field and it will come through to the teams channel as a received email.

Thanks for the quick response, I was not aware of this option in TEAMs. I am trying to add the email address into the email section on the schedule report but ServiceNow does not like the email address format, Error message: You have enterted an invalid email address:
