Hi @Ayushi Saxena

It looks like Scrum Poker is a Store app, which we cannot access directly in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI). Technically, it's not possible to use Scrum Poker in a PDI with a personal ID. To use it, you must log in to your company’s demo or customer instance where the app is already installed. Unfortunately, it’s not available for use in PDI environments.

Thank you for your response!!

Actually, there is a requirement to change the branding of the ScrumPoker tool (or voting portal). We were able to change the logo, but the theme is not updating from the default one.
Can you help me on this.

Thanks,

Ayushi Saxena

Hi @Ayushi Saxena "I don’t think we can make changes directly. It’s better to reach out to the app creator or the vendor company to request updates or customizations as per your needs

Hi @Ayushi Saxena ,

No, Scrum Poker is not a native module within ServiceNow. However, a third-party application called ScrumPoker is available in the ServiceNow Store that provides Scrum Poker functionality. This application is designed to integrate with ServiceNow's Agile and ITBM modules, allowing teams to estimate story points in a gamified way.

https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/26c27b221be46a50a85b16db234bcb08

It can be found here but since it is available on SN store so you can't have it on your PDI.

I hope my answer cleared your query. If yes, please mark it- solution accepted.
