ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Capstone Project Task 3 Issue

In task 3 of the Capstone project you have to locate and open the Strawberry sFone Item from the Service Item Catalog. Strawberry sFone does not appear in All > Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items for me. The first step of this task imports an update set and not a Service Catalog item. Am I supposed to create a new Service Catalog Item for the last part of this task?

I think the update set contains that item, so first bring the update set in instance and then check.
