Hi @Swapnalij ,
It depends on what you would like to do going forward. Basic, no languages is needed for ServiceNow to do basic adminstration task etc. If you would like to further advance, I would recommend you to learn JavaScript also refered in this knowledge article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0721865
For even further language, then it could be Angular, CSS and Jelly.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
best regards
Anders

Hi Swapnali,
You're on the right path with your preparations for the CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification in ServiceNow. Given your current role as an ITSM Knowledge Manager, I would also recommend considering the CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management) certification. It's a valuable certification that aligns with your experience in this area.
As for your non-developer background, you don't necessarily need to learn a programming language to excel in ServiceNow, as it's a low-code platform. However, having some knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript can be beneficial, especially if you want to get into more advanced areas of ServiceNow development.
If you are interested in pursuing a career in ServiceNow development, I suggest following the "Application Developer Career Journey" on the Now Learning platform provided by ServiceNow.
This path will guide you through the necessary knowledge and skills to become a proficient ServiceNow developer.
Application Developer Career Journey - Now Learning (servicenow.com)
Remember that ServiceNow offers a wide range of roles beyond development, so your career path can be tailored to your interests and strengths.
Keep up the good work with your learning, and don't hesitate to explore different areas within the ServiceNow ecosystem as your career progresses.
Best of luck with your ServiceNow journey!
Please mark this as correct answer and helpful if it resolved, or mark this helpful if this help you to reach towards solution.
