Hi,
I created a VA topic and i want to allow only one company to use it.
The "who can access this topic" options seem to be quite limited.
is scripting the only way to do the restriction if i dont want to create new system role?

Hi @Jori ,
You can use a User Criteria with your required conditions.
Also, yes "Script" is another option, please follow the link : https://www.servicenow.com/community/virtual-agent-nlu-articles/restrict-a-virtual-agent-topic-based...

How do i use user criteria in topic without script, if script is another option?

Use the sample example link i shared, that uses user criteria in the script.

i decided to create new system role and assigned it to a group and added some test users to it.
all of them were not from same company, decided to test this in case i need to allow this to some other company also, but not all the companies in the future. for some reason some of the people in the group can see the topic, but some of them cant? can anyone give any insight on why is this topic behaving this way?
