ServiceNow CSA Practice Test

Hello SysAdmins,

I have scheduled my CSA exam to occur by the end of September. I would like to utilize the remaining time I have to complete as many practice tests as possible. Can anyone recommend any that contain up to date questions?

There isn’t really a single “best” or fully trusted source for CSA mock tests. However, the eBook provided is the primary and most reliable source of truth.

As a trainer, I recommend reading the eBook word for word and completing all the labs. If you do that thoroughly, you’ll be well-prepared for the exam.

I wanted to thank you and everyone here providing the direction of using the eBook, not taking sample tests from various sites, the advice re-set my direction.

I was taking multiple mock exams (6x60 questions each) but after posting here and looking at the advice of many I stopped and went back to the SNAF (Xanadu), and SNAF Additional Practice material, went through the course, did every lab.

The course correct provided all the knowledge it needed to successfully pass. I am now officially a ServiceNow CSA. CSA obtained, 70% through the CAD coursework and then CIS-ITSM.
