ServiceNow Notifications 'LDAP server test connection failed and Operational Status is set to false

Daily I would get notifications about my connections.

 

Here are the steps that resolved;

 

  1. Initially
    1. Navigated to each LDAP Server and Stopped the Listener
    2. Went to glide.ldap.listener and deleted all entries in the sys_status table
  1.     Entered sys_status.list in the filter
  2.     Searched for the name *glide.ldap.listener
  3.     Deleted all entries

 

  1. Navigated to each LDAP server and started the listener
  2. Restarted all Mid Servers (vCenter)
  3. Tested LDAP connection on each to verify that there is a connection to the LDAP server.
  4. Started the listener again
