Hi ServiceNow SA Community
I am going through the steps, activities of the ServiceNow NOW Learning - Associate System Administrator Career Journey - SNAF Learning Course's Lab Activites.
I have encountered an issue while performing steps in the Notifications Lab Activities regarding Email Notification scenario when there is a Critical Incident even after following the steps as outlined in the learning course work provided.
I have set up Email Notification, to be utilised ( for / with ) the { incident } table actions, with the required details updated accordingly for When To Send with conditions required ( i.e., for Critical Incident - P1 priority incident ), Who will receive, What it will contain.
However, when I tried creating a test incident meeting the conditions of critical incident - P1 priority incident, I don't see the Email Notification in the << All -> System Mailboxes -> Outbound -> Outbox >>.
When I checked the Incident Form -> Context Menu -> Configure -> Notifications, I see that the Email Notification which I have created, is listed associated with the { incident } table but when testing for its working, I don't see the email notification being triggered to be sent out from ServiceNow lab instance which I am working in.
Assistance from ServiceNow SA Community would be helpful.

I hope in the outbox you searched it with the Subject line you have given while creation of your notification. Can you please share the notification screenshot.

I have checked multiple times, with the the subject line details as given for the Email Notification that was created for Critical Incident Email Notification Alert, but I could not see it in the list of results !!
And, I have also tried multiple times to test its working by creating test incidents to check if the issue is with one incident or every test incident. And, I see that the result is the same, as mentioned above - The Critical Incident Email Notification is not being triggered to be sent and is not available in the << All -> System Mailboxes -> Outbound -> Outbox >> !!

can you check email Notification in the << All -> System logs -> emails .

I have checked in the << All -> System Logs -> Emails >> but I don't see the Critical Incident Email Notification Alert email notification emails, as I have created, there in the list !!
