Hello All,
I have installed ServiceNow PDI for the first time and created a account as an admin.
But i'm unable to view/edit cmdb_ci_tables due to security constraints. anybody can help me to get the full admin access for PDI instance? or any guidance where i can refer to will help.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi @Mark Roethof Yes i created the account as an admin from the developer site and directly navigated to the PDI. Do i need to setup the user roles as described in this page? Change access settings for a role (servicenow.com) inorder to utilize the full out of the box admin role?

Hi @Allen_Deepak ,
When requested a PDI a ServiceNow admin account is available OOTB - hence, you do not need to create an additional account. If you open your PDI from https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and don't change account, are you then able to see the tables that you're referring to?

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I released the instance and requested new one. It worked. I can view all OOB functionalities now.
Appreciate your support.
Thanks,
Shilpa
