Servicenow Roles & License and its cost.

Can someone please assist me with the servicenow roles and the license associated with them?

Searched but cannot find one concrete article or prod documentation.

For Successfactor spoke you need the Integration Hub Enterprise Package.
The product name and code should be there in the subscription management in the instance otherwise the right person to approach would be the account manager of ServiceNow.

Roles like ITIL / Approver / Business stakeholder / Change manager and much more these all are roles and we can say licence as well. Untill until a user has a role cant work in SN.

Now next is cost: No one can tell the cost of these roles it depend son many factors and part of NDA. For this best is reach out your SN account manager and team will help you.
