Is it possible to remove 

Survey is in reference to HRC0024213 [HRC0024213] , the repeating request number from the survey form.

1.Navigate to sysevent_email_action.list 

2.Identify your Survey invitation on Assessment Instance table 

3.Now Go to What it will contain tab 

4. Update message body -> remove the extra number.
