SNC - ITIL - Resolve Related Incidents [Business Rule]

Hello Community,

I was working on Problem Management - Usually All the Incidents Related to the Current Problem will be Auto Resolved right when the Problem is Resolved/Closed, through the Business Rule [SNC - ITIL - Resolve Related Incidents]. 

I am experiencing this Data Policy Error as Attached.
It Notifies to Update the "Resolution Cause" and "Close Notes" on the related incidents. Usually this will be auto copied to the related incidents under the current problem right! Please assist and advise.

Hi @ASHOK PALADUGU 

 

I have those two records (Business rule and Data policy) in my instance, and the Business Rule doesn't have logic to update the two fields the Data Policy makes mandatory. I would create a Support Case as there is inconsistency in OOB definitions.
