SNPI - LDAP server error

I am taking the ‘ServiceNow Platform Implementation On Demand’ training.
I am getting an error in setting up the LDAP server and cannot proceed.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

This is a known issue. Please log a case with the Now Learning team, and they will be able to assist you.

Similar here  - I had my case resolved but they didn't tell me outcome but when I checked the training course the offending section was marked as complete

Thanks @cmibabs ! So, I suppose from my end, I don't need to do anything further. 

I am seeing multiple posts being opened for the same topic by different learners. Hopefully, this can be resolved very soon!

Hi @hokubo , you may refer to the above reply from @Dr Atul G- LNG  on how to log a case. Once you click on the "Help Center", you should be able to see "Create a Case" somewhere appearing in the top right corner of the screen. Hope this helps.
