Want to create customer portal/CSM Dashboard with metrics pulled from DCIM i.e Server information

Hi, 

 

We have a Service Now CSM portal but would like to provide customers with further reporting information such as live data from our DCIM platform (Nlyte).  

Key information such as uptime, power usage ect...

 

How can I display/develop live reporting data on the customer support portal and have it update at intervals, say every 5 minutes. 

 

Alternatively how would we relay a reporting screen from Nlyte to Service now customer portal.

You can use an iframe on the portal to show it from a different system (if that is something you can from that system) or you can get the data into ServiceNow and show them through a report widget.
