SOW ITSM: Change Default List Column Arrangement/Layout

Release: Utah (recent patch)
Workspace: Service Operations Workspace (ITSM)

Request: Users request to change the column arrangement within the default Assigned to Me and My group tasks lists.

What I need help with: How do I make a global change for all ITIL users who navigate to the SOW landing page and then access their default task list? I want the Task list to show the "Opened" column after the "Number" column in the picture below. I am aware that users can create a custom list via the My Lists feature.

Current State (Default View)
This is the view that all fulfillers see when they navigate to the SOW Landing page > Lists (via left-pane hamburger menu) > Lists > Tasks > Assigned to me OR Assigned to my group.

Hello Xavier,

All these lists should have their own Service Operations View. If not, it will use the default view.
Since the task table already has a SOW view, you can edit this in list layout and the changes will reflect in SOW.

Try following steps:
1. In filter navigator, type task.list
2. Click on the context menu top left and change your view to "Service Operations Workspace"
3. Change scope to Service Operations Workspace ITSM Common
4. Right-click any of the column titles and click "List Layout"
5. Change the column order per your requirement
6. Test SOW with any user

Thank you @JaeggerLegane. In Step 3, you state, "Change [the] scope to Service Operations Workspace ITSM Common." Can you walk me through how to execute this step?

On the top right (as admin), click on the globe icon and search for "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Common"

Alternatively, it will also give you the option edit in that change scope once you clicked Configure -> List Layout, as shown below:
