SOW Workspace - Modify 'Close' button on Change Request

I’m looking for some guidance on modifying the “Close” button on the Change Request record within the SOW Workspace. Our goal is to restrict access so that only Change Managers are allowed to use this action.

Does anyone know where in the UI actions, UI policies, or workspace configuration this button is controlled, or which component needs to be extended or overridden to limit visibility based on role?

Any direction or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If you've modified the UI action and the permissions haven't changed, look at declarative actions as it may be a form declarative actions. These support role redirections in the same way.
