I am about to start the gathering requirements phase with a new client about SPM.

Which standard questions I have to raise to collect all the requirements that I need?

I gently need questions about all ootb processes, such as innovation management, demand, project, and so on.

I recommend going through the Now Create process workshop deck related to SPM and the starter stories, as they will provide you with all the necessary details.
