SPM Roles

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement to give a group "Group A" SPM roles. Please advise what all roles need to be given to that group.

it_portfolio_manager, it_project_manager

Hi @CV1 ,

 

Every role have different level of access, you can not grant all spm role to a group, you have to define person based on that you can assign the group else you will run out of SPM licenses.

it_demand_managerUser who manages the inflow, screening and facilitates the prioritization of IT demands
it_demand_userUser who can create the IT demands in the system. Demand can be strategic or operational
it_portfolio_managerPortfolio Manager will have complete access to all portfolios.
it_pps_adminUse the it_pps_admin role to allow users to view or modify it project, it demand, it program, it portfolio and timeline visuation preferences/configs/settings
it_program_managerProgram managers have access to all programs.
it_project_managerUser of the project management application, and manager of IT projects
it_project_portfolio_userUser who can view IT Portfolio Project records
it_project_userUser of the IT project management application
