I'm building a flow in Dev and noticed that the Stage list is empty. How would I get them to populate? See Screenshot.

@Menalik Scroll to the Stages related list (add it via “Configure > Related Lists” if not visible in the Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items).
then Under Service Catalog, you should now see "Set Stage" available.
Still not visible? Make sure the Requested Item (RITM) is the target of your action. The stage field (stage) lives on the RITM, not the request or task.

@MenalikSince stages in a catalog flow are used to show progress in the Request / Requested Item (RITM) record. These stages must be manually configured for the Catalog Item.
Use “Set Stage” action in Flow Designer to move the RITM to different stages based on conditions or progress.
