Switched to UI16 on University Learning Instance, Unable to switch back to Next Experience

hi there!

 

This is funny. But, I was going through "Form Builder" for Incident record and noticed that the Knowledge Based article search is enabled in the default form view for Incident table but I couldn't find how it was configured. A line of text mentioned the configuration was only available for U16 and earlier versions. So, I switched to U16 by setting the value of glide.ui.polaris.experience to false in sys_properties table.

 

I did not find how the knowledge search was configured. I decided to switch back to Next Experience and continue with labs. So, I reset the value of glide.ui.polaris.experience to true. However, I still see the U16 style home page and not the Next Experience user interface.

 

Anyone else encounter this issue? any pointers to resolve it?

Hi @anurampalli ,

 

 

try to clear the browser cache and do cache.do and log out and log back in 

 

if you are still facing the issue just double check on the property
