Stepper is not working in CSM/FSM workspace

Hi Team,

 

We have configured the stepper component (state process flow) for change request table in CSM/FSM configurable workspace, however the states are not showing correctly and also not syncing with the change request table.

We have tried to manually add the states in the "items" section and hence it got added to the list however its not syncing with the change request table.

 

Please confirm if some more configuration is required apart from the steps mentioned in the above URL.

Hi @GlideFather Yes, we have defined the table and current record ID. Please find rhe screenshot for your reference.

@Aayushi Sharma and are you using the Service Operation Workspace (SOW)? The OP of this thread is mentioning CSM/FSM Workspace.

@GlideFather Both of them are built using UI builder. So there is no difference.

Hi @Aayushi Sharma you are right there is no difference from the configuration perspective buuuut from the process persepctive there is a difference:
Incident is a part of ITSM and for that Service Operation Workspace (SOW) is to be used, while CSM has Cases and uses the CSM/FSM Workspace.

Ensure you are using them right, there are slight differences after all (SOW has different homepage in OOTB etc).
