Hi @angelmart

Tips for the CSA Exam (Certified System Administrator)

CSA is the first and foundational exam in your ServiceNow journey. Here are some tips to help you prepare effectively:

  • Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.

  • Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.

  • Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.

  • Consider supplementary courses – Some candidates have found Udemy courses helpful for additional practice and clarity.

  • Watch my experience video – I’ve shared my own preparation journey and tips here:

Good luck on your CSA journey!

Hello.

My Journey with ServiceNow

For a long time, I worked with ServiceNow as a
user. But at one point, I realized something important — ServiceNow is not just a tool, it’s a powerful platform where you can build a real career if you are willing to learn deeply.

That realization changed my mindset.

I started exploring the ecosystem seriously by creating accounts on the ServiceNow Portal, ServiceNow University, and the ServiceNow Community. The community has been incredibly supportive, and I received valuable suggestions and guidance from many experienced professionals.

Over the past 5–6 months, I have dedicated my time to learning through ServiceNow University. During this journey, I have:
1-Completed multiple micro-certifications
2-Earned several badges
3-Reached Level 1 Champion (just one milestone away from completing it)

But this is only the beginning.

There is still a long way to go, and I am fully committed to continuing this journey, learning more, improving my skills, and achieving my dream in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
FYI-

For my learning i have started following to @Dr Atul G- LNG .  very useful matarial for all new learner. suggest you to please watch some video and there are multiple playlist as well for CSA.
