Hello,
I am very interested on the System Administrator role. My business is soon to adopt ServiceNow. I am currently on a Support Specialist role. Is there any tips or lessons the community can share regarding being a System Administrator? Thank you for your time.

Hi @LucasAlves
Let me try to share my thoughts. I'm a ServiceNow trainer and always happy to share insights.
CSA (Certified System Administrator) is a foundational course. By taking this course, you'll gain a clear understanding of the platform, its terminology, key concepts, and the overall impact of ServiceNow. These fundamentals are essential for anyone working with the platform—whether as a developer, support specialist, or in OCM roles. So without a doubt, CSA is a must-have certification to begin your journey.
Follow above journey.

Hi @LucasAlves ,
Best Advice is - Get a PDI, go through soem documentation and you tube Channels for ex:- YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LearnNGrowTogetherwithAtulG
Spare some time to practice all Admin concepts on PDI - Like- User Mangement/ Table Management/ Reports/Dashbaords/ Catalogs etc etc.
More practice means more queries and more queries means more leanring so...Keep going.
If my answer helped you in anyways, please mark it as Solution Accepted and helpful.
