@angelmart Focus on gaining hands on experience on the platform. Practice different topics taught in the ServiceNow fundamentals course on a PDI to get a good understanding of the platform features.

Hi @angelmart ,
When you will do Servicenow Administration fundamental course , practice wither in course given temp instance or in your developer instance.
Once you course is completed , check some free site like quizlet/youtube/other sites to practice some mock questions. Check you knowledge, if you think you need to revisit fundamental course , do it until you are full confident to give the exam.
