The default sort order for records

If you don't set a sort order for a flow's "Find Record" action, which field will it be sorted by?
I think it's the creation date and time, but is this mentioned in the product documentation?
I haven't been able to find it.

I believe it should be Created field in this case as there is no field to sort the order
