Hi Team,
I am trying to configure guided tour on portal. When I am navigating to custom page. I am getting an error as "The Service Portal header menu or Tours menu does not seem to be present on this page. Users will not be able to launch this tour. You may set this tour to autolaunch or share the tour url."
I have checked 'com.snc.guided_tours.sp.enable' in 'sys_properties'. Property it is set to true.
Could you help me how to fix above problem?
Thanks in an advance!

HI @Ajay Ekka ,
Here are some steps you can follow to fix this problem:
Make sure that the "Guided Tours" plugin is activated in ServiceNow. You can check this by going to the System Definition > Plugins menu.
Check that the "com.snc.guided_tours.sp.enable" property is set to "true" in the sys_properties table. This property enables guided tours in the Service Portal.
Make sure that the Service Portal header menu and Tours menu are added to the custom page you are trying to configure the guided tour on. You can add these menus by using the "Header Menu" and "Tours Menu" widgets in the Service Portal Designer.
If the menus are already added to the custom page, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache to see if the menus appear.
