User Preference Notification preference setting

I have a user who reported he is not receiving notifications. I checked his preferences and they were turned off. I turned them back on and issue was resolved. He claimed that he did not touch them. Is there anywhere I can go to find out who and when the change was made?

Hi John,
Assuming notifications were turned off globally for that user, the setting would be on the sys_user.notification field for the user.
If you have auditing turned on for the user table, it would show up in the audit history. If auditing is off....then you're out of luck

It's tough to say what can be said if this issue is only with 1 user, might be the user playing with the platform and then he turned it off.
