your screenshot is very vague and it misses the contextto help you. What does it mean "respective role"?

Is it supposed to be triggered after a record producer is submitted or how do you know the details? 

Also, roles are granting users access (create, update, delete, ...) and if you are creating something automatically there should be always some check in the governance. Is there any approval? Not only the users can do or see what they shouldn't but also it can consume licences...
