Hello, I am trying to get a report of tasks that were not updated in 24 hours while they were open tickets. I need a timeline of the tickets that were open and not updated in 24 hours even if they are closed now. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi all, We are disabling property glide.authenticate.multisso.debug as per HI recommendation, How can we check if this is helping to improve performance , which logs do we need to verify?  Thanks for help in advance
