I'm currently learning ServiceNow and am especially interested in the System Administrator career path. For those of you who work with ServiceNow professionally, what skills or areas of the platform would you recommend a beginner focus on beyond the fundamentals? Are there any skills you wish you had spent more time learning when you first started?
