Hello,
We are deploying the agent using SCCM to Windows devices.
At test environment everything was good but now that we are pointing to prod we could detect that is deployed/installed but the service eis not running.
If we tried to restart the service manually we got a error: 1069 The server could not start due to a logon failure.
Any suggestion?

no, this is not even near to help. These are just generic articles of authentication issues for windows services, we need to solve why the acc agent is generating the error and of course, how to solve it on an automatic centralized way.

I could find that service was not starting because for the default local account used to logon the service, the error "password is expired" was showed. I remove "change password on next logon" and set "password never expire" and the problem disappeared, now the question is, how from service no, we can control this setting for the local account being created...

Did you find an answer to this? I think I am seeing a similar issue with error 1069 and restarting ACC.
