We used to use the Live feed to post more technical details to support staff about when there was disruption to a service or system. This was useful in that it allowed all our support staff to be kept up to date with the status of incidents allowing them to deal efficiently with customers as any updates to the incidents were pushed out to staff via the live feed
Now that I understand Live feed is being deprecated is there an alternative way to push out such updates to staff in real time from for example non customer visible updates on the incident. I don't want to use the Customer portal as the information we wish to push out to IT support staff may be specific to IT support staff and not as relevant to the rest of our customer base and our staff don't have the customer portal open whilst they are working in Service Now
Thanks

It looks like ServiceNow is replacing this with Sidebar which can be used in both the core UI and in workspaces. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/administer/conversational-i...
