Hi  @24g01a4330 

To export a report in ServiceNow to XLSX or CSV format, run the report as a List report, then right-click any column header and select Export to choose your preferred file format.

Alternatively, you can schedule the report and configure it to be delivered by email in XLSX or CSV format.

Option 1: Export a Report from the List View

1. Navigate to Reports > View / Run and open the report you want to export.
   • The report must be a List type report to use this export option.
2. Scroll to the report preview section to display the records.
3. Right-click any column header (or click the column menu icon next to a column name).
4. Select Export and choose either Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
5. Wait for the export to be generated, then save the downloaded file to your local machine.

Option 2: Schedule the Report for Email Delivery

For non-list reports or recurring report distribution, you can schedule the report to be sent as an attachment:

1. Open the report from Reports > View / Run.
2. Click the Share icon and select Schedule.
3. In the scheduling form, choose Excel (.xlsx) from the Type drop-down menu.
4. Enter the recipient email addresses and configure the desired schedule.
5. Click Submit to create the scheduled report delivery.
