- Credly Integration for badges & credentials
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Integration Spoke
- Skills Harmonization
- Other Minor enhancements in Manager Hub, Proactive Prompts & Skills Ontology
I. Now Assist: Growth Plan Generation
Persona: Employees
Dependency: Now Assist for HRSD & Talent Development App
A major enhancement to growth plans is the introduction of a new Now Assist feature, growth plan generation. Employees can now easily create growth plans with AI assistance. Employees describe goals and what is wanted from a Growth Plan and using this information, Now Assist will generate a Growth Plan.
Instructions for Now Assist provided as written text. Now Assist generates a Growth Plan following the provided instructions.
II. Opportunity Marketplace: Create Opportunities from SPM
Persona: Project Managers, Resource Planners for creating opportunities & Employees
Dependency: Strategic portfolio management(SPM) & Talent development(TD)
This new capability in an enhancement to Opportunity Marketplace is a better together use case between Talent Development & Strategic Portfolio Management(SPM). This allows users of both Opportunity Marketplace and SPM Resource managers to create a new opportunity using existing project data.
The system pulls in information from SPM, allowing managers to select unfilled assignments & define the needs for the projects. SPM Resource managers can also specify the requirements for a particular role, such as the number of openings, working hours, application deadlines, working style, location, required skills etc. Managers can then publish the opportunity on the marketplace, making it visible to employees who can apply for it.
Opportunities can be generated from SPM projects, and the corresponding details will automatically populate in the marketplace
III. TD Integrations
a. Credly Integration for badges & certificates
Persona: Employees
Dependency: Talent Development App & Credly license(external)
Employees often struggle to provide visibility & keep track of their credentials especially those acquired outside of their current organization to provide a more credible skill profile. Credly, a Pearson company, is the world's largest and most extensive digital credentialing platform that enables users to create, manage, and track every aspect of their credentialing, certificate, or badge program. With this store release a new end-to-end integration along with a spoke for Credly is made available, which will allow employees to bring up all their Credly badges on to the ServiceNow Career Profile as shown in the screenshot. These badges can be both internal as well as external to the current organization.
Employee’s Credly badges are displayed on the Career profile page
b. SAP SuccessFactors Learning Spoke
Persona: Employees
Dependency: Talent Development App & SuccessFactors Learning license
The SAP SuccessFactors Learning Spoke has been built by our partner, Bristlecone, to retrieve all learning-related information from the SAP SuccessFactors Learning application, such as user data, course data, skills data, syncing user activity, retrieving assignments/enrollments, etc.
This Spoke allows customers and partners access to spoke actions and it is important to know that the data from SAP SuccessFactors Learning is not automatically populated in the ServiceNow Talent Development Learning user interface.

IV. Skill Harmonization
Persona: Skill Admin
Dependency: Talent Development App
Skills harmonization version-1 in Yokohama enables skills admins to easily harmonize skill data from Workday HCM and Workday Learning to create a consistent taxonomy. Future releases of Skills harmonization will include other systems.
Workday HCM employee profiles and skills from Workday Learning content are pulled in via the Workday HCM and Workday Learning spokes, normalized, and reviewed via a guided process. Then skills are integrated with Skills Intelligence including automatic association to respective employee profiles. Access via Skills Intelligence Workspace: List view > skill import.
Imported skills from Workday can be reviewed before importing on the Skills Intelligence workspace.
V. Other Enhancements
a. Manager Hub - Multi Manager Reporting
The Yokohama release introduces the Multi-Manager Reporting enhancement in Manager hub. This feature addresses the issue faced by managers in healthcare, retail, and manufacturing who need to track indirect team members' availability, location, tasks, and schedules. The new feature allows managers in complex organizations to easily access daily stats, location, department, and upcoming events for both direct and indirect reports. The 'Team Members' page within Manager Hub has now been organized into two categories: Direct Team and Indirect Team. It also includes HR requests, tasks and approvals that are submitted to the indirect manager.

b. Manager Hub - Skill Score Analysis
Managers struggle with assessing employee skill proficiency due to a lack of visibility. The Yokohama release's Skill Score Analysis in Manager Hub offers detailed insights, allowing data-driven employee development. Managers can calculate skill scores, identify proficiency gaps, and assign targeted learning directly from the analysis section to enhance skills.

c. Proactive Prompt: Review Skills (Employee)
With the Yokohama release, Proactive Prompts now highlight specific new skills acquired through development activities. Before the Yokohama release, employees struggled to keep their skill profiles updated. Engaging in various development activities like courses or mentorship often led to gaps in reflecting their current skills. Previous Proactive Prompts only directed them to their profile without specifying what needed updating.
Administrators can schedule monthly checks for new skills, and employees will receive detailed prompts in the Career hub. These prompts will show the exact skills gained, allowing employees to update their proficiency levels accurately.
A new prompt for employees to assess the skills they have gained from developmental activities.
d. Skills Ontology - Multi-lingual skill enhancements
The Skills Ontology enhancements for Yokohama demonstrate ServiceNow’s commitment to constant evolution and improvement of our Skills Ontology.
Skill translations and skill search are now available in Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, English, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Hebrew, Hungarian, Finnish, Brazilian Portuguese, French - Canada, Traditional Chinese; now available in all 24 platform languages.
