Hi Community,
We’re excited to share the latest Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) documentation updates, now live with the Zurich release. In addition to new feature enhancements, we’ve restructured the change model topics to bring greater clarity and usability.
What's New
✅ Converged experience on Service Operations Workspace - A converged experience on the Service Operations Workspace where you can view incidents, alerts, and network inventory details all in one place.
✅ Facility hardware data model- Several new facility classes have been introduced to provide a more comprehensive and detailed view of the data center infrastructure.
✅ Visualizing your network infrastructure - The new Floor Map feature gives a real-time, visual view of the data center floor, showing hardware placement and overall health. We have also included visualization feature topics, such as Floor map, Geo map, and Network topology, under the same umbrella.
✅ Content Restructure - Based on your feedback, we have redesigned the Design and Assign section to include details of all change models available in the application, making them easier to find.
We Hope This Helps!
As always, your feedback is very important, so feel free to share any suggestions or additional information you'd like to see on our documentation site.
Please read through the Telecommunications Network Inventory release notes for more information about the Zurich release features.
