When you have a platform that has multiple instantiations would you model it as multiple business applications.
e.g. Salesforce as the platform, but you have different orgs that support different business units or functions how would you model it.
Option 1 - Platform only
Option 2 - Platform and applications

Option 3 - Apps only

Which approach would I take.
